Client Rights

Anderson Health Services respects Individual Client Rights. Every youth being served has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. They also have the right to quick and fair responses to their questions and requests.

Any youth or family member who feels their youth is not being treated in the correct ways has the right to complain about the care being provided. Those complaints are reviewed and, when possible, resolved. There is no retaliation for filing complaints.

Reporting Complaints & Grievances

In order for us to provide the best care and improve our practices to youth and their families we want to hear from you. Our goal is to make sure problems are solved quickly. To talk about complaints or grievances, individuals should share their concerns with the staff, shift supervisor, or person in charge of the program where the youth is being served.

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved, please contact the agency directly at 704.624.4620 and speak with someone in the Quality Assurance Department.
